Requests and their metadata can be updated in Oable. Oable supports changes pushed by integrated publishers, and automatically updates the Request as these changes occur in the publisher's dashboard. The publisher's Request metadata is therefore leading and is continuously updated until the Request is marked as Published (meaning the Request has a "Date of Publication" in Oable, and is not marked as "Cancelled").

You can always find the audit trail and changes made to a Request by clicking on the clock icon on the bottom-left corner of a Submission, as shown in the screenshot below.

Clicking on this icon will open up the <Funding Request History> as a pop-up window. This window contains a record of all the past versions of a Request as changes have been made to it. Metadata fields that have been updated for a particular version are indicated by the green dots. Please note that, currently, any metadata changes made by the integrated publishers shall overwrite existing data, including any edits made by institutional users.
