This release (February 28th) includes the following technical enhancement to the platform:
Linking Duplicate Requests
Description: Duplicate Funding requests can appear on Oable based on the integration origins (i.e. data can come via CCC and OAS integrations each creating individual entries on Oable). Oable should detect these duplicates and acknowledge that identical requests exist in the system within the same account and subsequently link them.
Funding requests with the same DOI will now be automatically linked on Oable. The 'Request history' and 'Request edit' screens will display a dropdown menu linking the other requests with the same DOI, clicking on other requests will take users to the version indicated.
Display Request Origin for Institution Admin in Funding Request History
Description: Oable receives data from different intergrations so we should display the origins of the data in the requests that Institution Admins are viewing. This will be especially useful for our multi-publisher Institution Admins.
We now display the Request origin (i.e. CCC, OAS, Wiley, etc) for all Oable users.
